Bubble Cooling
Bubble cooling is one of
the major factors to
consider during the
extrusion process; the
introduction of the internal
bubble cooling system has
allowed considerable
progress. There are now
viable systems for precise
control of air temperature
for cooling the external air
ring.
Control of the air ring
temperature ensures that the
geometric shape of the
bubble, the "neck", the
"frost line" position and
the bubble's diameter is
maintained.
Benefits
Variations between day
and night temperatures,
typically 15 to 45șC, can
result in fluctuations in
output between 10% to 15%.
Air Blown Film Chiller
controlling air ring
temperatures of
± 1șC provides the following
advantages:
|
|
Consistent, high
quality film.
|
|
|
Close temperature
tolerance. |
|
|
Low temperature
cooling increases shine quality. |
|
|
Increased productivity
by up to 20%. |
|
|
Energy Saving up to
15% compared to conventional system. Air Blown Film
Chiller is a packaged refrigeration system cooling
process air directly down up to 10șC. |
