Dosing unit is
utilized to dose master
batch / pigments at
an accuracy of ± 0.1%. By
using this unit, one can set
the
percentage on line during
production. A dosing roller
with cavity rotates at a
constant speed, which
ensures the accurate dosing
of master batch / pigment.
For pigments dosing, scraper
is must because pigment has
a tendency to stick on the
surface of the dosing
roller. Spring action
scraper, scraps all the
pigments, which stick on the
surface of the roller,
ensuring dosing accuracy of
± 0.1%.
